Elton Vineyard Pairings Dinner

Please join us in celebrating Elton Vineyard and wine pioneer Betty O'Brien at a Pairings Dinner at the Estate in the Salem Hills on Saturday, March 22nd at 6:30 pm.
Betty, who co-founded Elton Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills with her husband Dick O'Brien, will join us for this special evening in honor of Women's History Month.
Pairings for the four-course dinner include our 2022 Elton Chardonnay paired with Savory Roasted Chicken Thigh and our 2022 O'Brien Pinot Noir paired with Herb Crusted Salmon.
