Garden University Jr: Children's Sunflower Celebration

August 15, 10:00am

Children will begin the class with gentle yoga, breathwork and sun salutations. Then they will be guided through painting a sunflower on canvas with acrylics. They will also have the opportunity to plant a sunflower seed in a clear container so they can watch both their artwork and their flower bloom over time. The class will then do a final transition back into gentle yoga & breathwork.

Ages 6-10, siblings age 5-12 welcome and discounted!
