For one week Salem's coffee shops are pouring signature drinks you won't find any other time of year, with over 20 shops (including Bonzai! Coffee + Tea Bar, Prismatic Coffee, and Off-Beat Coffee plus many more) dreaming up their own Pacific Northwest summer creations.
